Sports Betting Analysis
I work in the statistical analysis in the sports / gaming industry. Has anyone heard of Sports ATAs?

Currently I am working for a broker in London as a Reinsurance Technician / Analyst. Being fond of sport and have made a small amount of research on the Internet that I see in the gaming industry as a workplace. I like to work for a company along the lines but of ATAs in London. http://www.atassltd.co.uk/ anyone have any idea where I can find or suggest that companies send a CV and cover letter to? Either Help would be appreciated. Thanks and greetings.

My first question would be, you know what this job involves? Its good that you are a sports fan i have a mathematical basis, but you know what this job? I would suggest your first step therefore not send your CV, but looking for what is called a letter of thanks. These are made by people actively seeking work in organizations may be interested in / you want, work where there is specific job advertised. The informational interview is very popular in North America, but in light of the current recession is also the most popular solution among the graduates of the United Kingdom and the rational for job seekers find a job suitable in areas that have not thought of first. Using the technique of interview information, creates a list of all organizations in the market wanted, including specialists such as ATAs and major betting chains. There are two tactics leading to an approach to an organization: 1. Write an email or pick up the phone and focus the human resources department. Explain that you is interested in your organization as a potential employer in the area of X, and you would like an informational interview with someone who actually do the job 2. The creation of networks: either join the industry-leading organization, or find somewhere like LinkedIn, for people working in this sector operations. Again, approach along the lines of "I'm trying to find out about your organization or work, and I wonder if I could spend my 15 minutes of talk through what you do. "Most organizations and people will say yes to this approach, as candidates do authentication or payment for some care of them they see as interesting and flattering. The result of the informational interview is threefold: – You have a nice conversation, but they know that the organization / work is not for you – you have a pleasant conversation, but this organization is right for you / Do these things, but you will know someone who does – the person who asks to speak with you in a job interview or making a recommendation to somebody you have a job so the result is that you are a connoisseur. Using the informative interview prevents spam and cold calling many of them with his Ltd., offers a privileged view of the work and the organizations involved, and making employers aware of their presence in a warm and professional manner. With ratios successful interviews with information on employment are within the range of 1 to 6 or higher, cold calling or spam will be reduced to 1 in 30 to 50 or worse. The informational interview: a useful tool to control a possible way, and obtaining employment an indoor track. Good Luck!
